Shipping Policy

Goods will be shipped after the buyer makes full payment.

Shipments are made on business days from Monday to Friday, except for Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

Payments made before 1:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) will result in same-day shipment, except on holidays. Payments made after 1:00 PM WIB will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipments for packages weighing below 10 kg will be handled by the following expeditions:

For packages weighing above 10 kg, you have the option to use the following expeditions:

• PT CMI 
• JNE 
• J&T 
• Si Cepat 
• Tiki

Shipping costs are calculated based on kilograms, unless otherwise specified by the expedition service during checkout and transaction emails.
